  Ive shopped and browsed in daves since it first opened in the corner, opposite the r/bout ,opposite the Midland bank(as was). I used to by s/hand copies of "life" and "american evening post" there and also records by Francois Hardy there.That was some 40 or so years ago and just 3 months ago i was wondering if she was still alive and singing, (shed be in her 60,s or 70,s now and I went into daves and within a few days they had got me 2 cd albums!!! now thats service for you!! daves music has NEVER let me down yet and my music tastes are far from usual. recent cd,s have been The Carter Family, Garramul(an Aboriginal singer I,d heard from facebook.If it exists, hel,ll get it for you.,the same goes for books. Far and away, the BEST MUSIC AND BOOK SHOP in the county, or even, the country.
