- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-19, by Jenni MelsomI have ben a customer of Timpsons in many towns and cities for many years. I've never been to the Letchworth store before, and I won't be coming again! Usually Timpsons staff are so obliging and extremely helpful, but this one was completely the opposite. I asked for a while-you-wait heel service (as I always do) and he told me that he doesn't offer that service as he can only do it when he's got nothing to do, and he's always got something to do!! Sounds to me like this guy missed out on his staff training!!
